Morning: Fly from Addis Ababa to Diredawa. Meet on arrival and drive 30KMs to Harar City. Begin your tour at Harar Jugol, the old walled city. Explore the narrow alleyways and admire the ancient walls that date back to the 16th century. 10:30 AM Explore Mosques and Shrines, including the Grand Mosque and the Sheikh Abadir Mosque. Learn about their historical significance and architectural styles. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon: Head to the bustling local market to experience the vibrant atmosphere and traditional crafts. 3:30 PM Cultural Museum in a former palace. 4:30 PM Stroll through the city streets. Evening: 6:30 PM Dinner at a local restaurant. 8:30 PM Hyena Feeding Experience with the famous hyena man. Overnight Harar Ras Hotel.
Morning: 8:30 AM start exploring the walled city further. Drive to Diredawa city. Stop at Aweday city for the famous Kat market. Continue to Diredawa for lunch and a visit to Saint Augustine catholic church and the train station. Afternoon: 5:00 PM check-in to the airport to fly back to Addis Ababa. Transfer to the hotel upon arrival.
