By registering yourself, your family, or your friends for a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms presented on this page, in booking materials, in brochures, and in any written updates sent by the company.

Article Two

Scope of activity and guest communication

Enjoy Ethiopia Tours coordinates the services needed to help guests complete a tour. We take care in selecting hotels, transport providers, airlines, restaurants, guides, and other contractors, but we do not operate or control their day-to-day services.

Because those services are delivered by independent contractors, Enjoy Ethiopia Tours is not responsible for loss, injury, death, delay, or damage resulting from their acts, defaults, omissions, or operational failures.

Guests are expected to read and comply with these terms, as well as any related policies, local laws, rules, and travel instructions shared through email, SMS, or our websites, including www.enjoyethiopia.com, www.travelethiopia.com.et, and www.visitethiopia.com.et.

Article Three

Booking terms, payments, cancellations, and liability

Not included in the trip cost

Airfare unless clearly stated, meals not listed in the itinerary, immunisations, passport or visa fees, travel insurance, excess baggage, airport taxes, medical or evacuation costs, gratuities, laundry, and personal expenses are excluded.

Extra services

Additional arrangements requested less than one month before departure, or while already in-country, may attract a surcharge.

Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance. We may help facilitate cover on request, but claims and insurer decisions remain the responsibility of the guest and the insurance provider.

Health

Guests confirm they are medically fit to travel and may be asked to provide a medical certificate. In the event of illness, injury, or death, related arrangements and expenses remain the responsibility of the guest or their relatives.

Payment

A booking is confirmed after email confirmation and receipt of a 35% advance payment. The remaining 65% is due on arrival before the tour begins.

Cancellations

Cancellation more than 45 days before departure incurs a 50% fee of the total tour cost. Cancellation 20 days before departure incurs an 80% fee. If Enjoy Ethiopia Tours cancels the trip, payments made will be refunded.

Itinerary changes and force majeure

We may revise itineraries, dates, or tariffs when required by force majeure or operational realities. Any additional costs created by those changes must be paid by the guest.

Responsibility

Enjoy Ethiopia Tours acts as an agent for transport, lodging, and other suppliers, and is not liable for injury, loss, delay, baggage issues, local law enforcement actions, or events beyond our direct control.

Article Four

Governing law and emergency consent

Any liability arising from this agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of Ethiopia, and all related claims are subject to Ethiopian jurisdiction.

Any termination of the agreement will be handled according to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of Ethiopia.

By travelling with us, you acknowledge that no travel is entirely without risk. In the event of illness or accident, Enjoy Ethiopia Tours may attempt to contact the emergency person you have listed and, if that is not possible, you give permission for necessary emergency medical treatment.
