Day 1: Nov 17th Drive Addis Ababa to Awash National Park
Embark on a scenic 225 km drive to Awash National Park. The park is renowned for its diverse bird life (450+ species). Large birds like Ostrich and Secretary Bird, riverine forest species like Coucals and Turacos, and vibrant Carmine Bee-eaters can be spotted. Notable endemics include the Yellow-throated seed-eater and Sombre rock chat. Overnight stay at Doho Lodge.
Day 2: Nov 18th Awash to Addis Ababa
Morning: Enjoy a swim in the hot spring pool and breakfast at the lodge. Return drive to Addis Ababa. Transfer to your hotel upon arrival.
